Attenzione tutti i fumatori ed Ex fumatori - rimuovere il catrame dai polmoni e sentono i benefici oggi

I found it much easier to quit smoking by removing all the tar and toxins from my lungs within a few weeks of quitting.

I'd tried on several occasions in the past to quit smoking but always found that the cravings became far too intense and I'd normally within a week, find it just too much of an urge to smoke. So what I'd do is just have half a cigarette to satisfy the craving in an evening when it was at its worst, but before I knew it I was having several halves of a cigarette and then by the weekend I'd be smoking again. I'd just end up feeling very let down and low about the whole experience.

That's when I decided to try doing a lung detox to see if that would help. In theory it quickly removes the tar and toxins that hang around in the lungs for years even after you've quit smoking.

If left to its own devices the body can take many years ( I was told between 8 and 12 years) to completely removes these residual tar and toxins naturally, but a lung detox speeds up the process dramatically, even down to a few weeks if followed correctly.

So that's what I decided to do and although it was quite hard to do, mainly because it made me feel a little sick during the first few days, I have to say it was well worth it and it gave me the motivation to stay quit.

Once you begin to see the amount of tar and toxins that are actually removed in the process it really does make you think twice about starting again and undoing all the good work that you've done. When you can take a deep clear breath and have no cravings then they'll be no going back.
